OMG, JFC, I have read (for values of read equivalent to "what the hell did I just stumble into oh god my eyes back button back button") that bugcock kinkmeme entry.

So only two people were involved, right? Someone to request and another to fill. Unless no one filled it and the requester just did it themselves. I think I'll cling to that belief and another that no one commented on the fill.
