Oh, no, I totally get what OTP Anon is saying! If I'm reading an SGA fic that's McShep, no matter how good the story is, if there's a tiny mention in there that Jack is hooked up with Sam, it completely ruins the story for me. Seriously can't handle it. Jack is never going to hook up with anyone but Daniel in my universe, and if that doesn't work then I just want to keep them gen.
