I would add "Birthmarks" (season 5 episode 4) to the list of episodes to watch. Entertaining plot, some details of House's childhood, and much House/Wilson content, including their how-we-met story. (This is the one where House's dad dies and House & Wilson get back together after their split post-Amber.)
